"Coordination first. Built for better outcomes."
Care systems rarely fail because people don’t care. They fail when communication breaks down and decisions are made in isolation. Over time, even strong teams can become misaligned simply because they don’t share the same information at the same moment.
Unity CareLink is being rolled out with this reality in mind. Rather than launching a complex, all-in-one platform, we are starting with the most foundational layer: coordination.
Coordination is where assumptions surface. It’s where missed updates, last-minute changes, and unclear responsibility create stress for families, caregivers, programs, and partners. By addressing coordination first, we reduce friction before introducing additional complexity.
Transportation is the first focus because it exposes coordination gaps quickly and clearly. When transportation works, everything downstream benefits. When it doesn’t, the entire day can unravel.
Unity CareLink is designed to work alongside existing systems, not replace them. We intentionally stay out of billing, payments, and rate-setting so organizations and partners can continue operating as they do today.
Organizations pay a flat monthly fee for coordination access. Families do not pay. Transportation partners do not pay. This structure keeps the focus on clarity, trust, and outcomes — not transactions.
Once coordination is trusted and effective, additional layers can be introduced thoughtfully — always guided by the same question: does this reduce friction and help people support one another better?
Unity CareLink is being built deliberately, with restraint and respect for the complexity of care. Because better outcomes don’t come from more tools — they come from better alignment.
